Hey guys, what's up? As my first post I wanna talk about something that bothers me (a lot >.<) insomnia, or in other words difficulty to sleep or staying asleep. Summarizing, you go to your bed, super tired, and stay hours and hours trying to sleep, or if you're like me you just give up in the first hour and do something else :)
Why do we have insomnia? Well I actually have no idea, some people say that is because of anxiety, other people say that is because of stress but anyway that truth is that there isn't a formula or way to fix it.I mean ,you can take medicines to sleep, but I personally don't think is a good idea because your body start depending on those medicines. So other than that, there is no perfect formula.
Who has insomnia knows what I'm talking about ( it sucks). To sleep good is necessary for a good life, and some people (like me) don't and is not even our fault, we try to sleep, but our friend insomnia doesn't want to leave us.
And than some people( that by the way don't have insomnia) treat us like if we didn't sleep because we didn't want too. To those people I would like to say: Stay up the whole night and than go to school, work or whatever you go to, how would you feel like? Is not hard to answer! Than Imagine people that don't sleep, not because they didn't want to, or didn't try to, than in the morning these people have to go to work or school feeling like trash and deal with people who treat than as I said before (other words don't understand insomnia).
I'm sorry if I sound rude, it was not my intention, but insomnia sucks, and I really hope that one day somebody find I way to end insomnia, until these time doesn't come, I'll keep writing, not just about insomnia, but everything that comes to my mind while I can't sleep.
